2. Customers and Territory
Our products and services are available to consumers worldwide unless otherwise specified on a product or checkout page.
A consumer is defined as any natural person acting for purposes which are outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
We reserve the right to restrict sales to certain jurisdictions due to legal or logistical reasons.
3. Products and Contract Formation
Our online shop offers physical products (e.g., food items, spices) and digital goods (e.g., downloadable content, subscriptions).
All product listings constitute an invitation to treat. By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase. A purchase contract is only formed when we confirm your order via email or dispatch the goods.
Digital products may be delivered electronically and accessible immediately after payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards
-
PayPal
-
Klarna (where available)
Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to update accepted payment methods and may use third-party processors for secure transactions.
You represent that the payment details provided are valid and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping to select countries. Available destinations, shipping options, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier service disruptions, or unforeseen events.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Customers may request a return or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Digital products are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or streamed unless defective or required by local law.
7. Consumer Rights and Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with statutory cancellation rights, you may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Additional instructions and a model withdrawal form are available in our Withdrawal Policy (link to be added).
This right does not apply to sealed goods unsealed after delivery or digital products accessed/downloaded after purchase, per applicable local regulations.
8. Liability
We are liable only for damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
For breaches due to slight negligence, our liability is limited to typical and foreseeable damages related to the contract.
This limitation does not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health, or in cases of mandatory legal liability such as under product liability laws or in cases of fraudulent misrepresentation.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link to be added) and applicable data protection regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other relevant laws.
