Return Policy

1. Right of Return (Withdrawal)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 90 days without providing any reason.

• For physical goods, the 90-day period begins on the date you or a third party (not the carrier) receives the final item in your order.
• For digital goods (e.g., downloads, subscriptions), the 90-day period begins on the date the contract is concluded.
  

To exercise your right of return, you must notify us at:

You may send us a clear statement of your intent to return by email or post. You may use the sample return form provided in Section 8, but this is not required.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the return period expires.

2. Effects of Return

If you withdraw from this contract:

• We will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 90 days after we receive the returned goods.
• We will refund using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
• You will not incur any fees for the refund.
• We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until you provide proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.
  

3. Return Shipping

You must return the goods to the address below without undue delay, and in any case no later than 90 days from the date you informed us of your intent to return:

The return period is met if the goods are shipped before the 90-day deadline expires.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality. We reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

The right of return does not apply to:

• Sealed items not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery
• Personalized or custom-made goods
• Perishable goods
• Final sale items clearly marked as such at the time of purchase
• Digital content, once download or access has begun, unless you have given prior express consent and acknowledged your waiver of the right to withdraw
  

6. Returns for Defective or Damaged Products

If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@miavola.com. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and either refund or replace the item as appropriate.

7. General Recommendations for Returns

To ensure smooth processing of your return, we recommend the following:

• Avoid damaging or contaminating the goods
• Return items in their original packaging, if possible, along with all accessories
• If original packaging is not available, use secure and protective packaging
• Do not send goods as “freight collect” or unpaid shipments
  

These steps are recommended but not mandatory for the exercise of your right of return.
