What to do when customer service doesn’t reply?

If you don’t see a response from us:

- Maybe you’re expecting a reply too soon. Please note that our response time is 1-2 business days.
- Check your spam folder, our reply might be there.
- We can’t respond on weekends, we’re available Monday to Friday! If you haven’t heard from customer service, please wait at least 3 days before sending a follow-up message.
